The next major update for Final Fantasy XIV drops later this month in The Dark Throne.

Revealed as part of a livestream today, the patch contains a brand new story ‘In Shadow Looms the Usurper’s Seat’, alongside a new Raid Dungeon Pandæmonium: Anabaseios, a new standalone Dungeon, The Aetherfont and more.

Coming on May 23, other new additions include The Voidcast Dais Trial, a new variant dungeon, Mount Rokkon, updates to Blue Mage and more.

It’s a massive update, the biggest for a while and follows on from the Endwalker expansion. Which we loved.
