Hitman 2 has been confirmed to release in 2018 and will receive some post launch DLC in an expansion pack.

What’s more, the episodic format has been completely dropped in favour of a complete, well-rounded experience at launch.

Now under Warner Bros. instead of Square Enix, IO Interactive are proceeding with the Hitman games everyone knows and loves and when it launches on November 13, you’ll be able to pick up two expansion packs via a Gold Edition.

There’s no details as yet, but we do know the Gold Edition will contain some exclusive digital content in the form of an Executive Pack with an Italian leather briefcase and ICA 19 Blackballer Pistol.
