In just a few short weeks, Rocksteady’s latest game will finally be with us and we know a bit more about what its future life looks like.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has been getting regular insider video series, talking about the development journey and getting people ready for the game.
The latest – and final – episode has now detailed the post-launch roadmap which will be available to players at no additional cost and will be broken down into seasons.
Each season is themed around a DC character and will ‘incorporate alternate realities invaded by Brainiac known as Elseworlds’. Voiced by Jason Isaacs, by the way.
This begins in March 2024 with Season 1 where players will get a new version of The Joker to fight alongside the team as a playable character. There will also be a Joker-themed playable environment, along with two episodes with new missions, a boss fight, new gear and Riddler content.
A further three seasons are planned, each adding a new playable character and similar updates to the above, as well as mid-season updates.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League launches on February 2, 2024 on PS, Xbox, and PC. The Epic Games Store will also get a release on March 5.
