At Summer Games Fest, Marvel’s Midnight Suns finally got a release date and lots of new information.
Arriving October 7, Marvel’s Midnight Suns is Firaxis RTS take on the global IP and we now know it will also feature Sony’s super hero darling, Spider-Man.
Coming to PS4, PS5, Xbox, PC and Switch at a later date, you’ll recruit an army of heroes who can be upgraded to fight back against Lilith’s horde and the forces of Hydra.
And it’s now been confirmed there will be a Season Pass full of content, which is expected to include four new heroes with their own stories and additional enemies. Who they are remains a mystery but we know the game will be well stocked for content post launch.
Midnight Suns has four different versions available at launch, with Standard providing the base experience for last gen consoles, Enhanced providing players with a current-gen experience along with five premium skins, Digital+ which offers 11 premium skins as well as the previous content and the Legendary Edition which offers 23 cosmetic skins, as well as the Season Pass.
Marvel’s Midnight Suns releases October 7.
