We have a date for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 thanks to Summer Game Fest.

During the show, Insomniac showed off some new concept art following the big reveal during the PlayStation Showcase and surprised everyone with an official date – October 2o, 2023 on PS5.

Pre-orders will officially open on June 16 and as confirmed on the PS Blog, there’s several editions available right out of the gate. At this time, however, there’s no Season Pass confirmed for post launch unlike Marvel’s Spider-Man 1 and the City that Never Sleeps.

If you pre-order the game, you get 2 Early Unlock Suits for both Peter and Miles – the Aracknight Suit for Peter and Shadow- Spider Suit for Miles. Each suit will also get three different color variants.

Additionally, players will get +3 skill points to spend in-game and the Web Grabber gadget, though we’re unclear exactly how that works.

Next up is a Digital Deluxe Edition which adds ten unique suits for Peter and Miles (5 each) and they are, as follows…
