Those smashing people over at PopCap Games have today announced that third-person shoot-em-up Plants vs. Zombies™ Garden Warfare is winging its way to PC on June 27. They even made a humorous video to promote the fact, you can see it right here:

We’ve had an amazing response from players since launching the Xbox platforms, and can’t wait for PC players to join the party this summer. The PC version has all the great content that we have put out since launch like Garden Variety and Zomboss Down for players to enjoy from the start.
For the uninitiated, Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare has four fun-tastic gameplay modes including 12 vs. 12 competitive multiplayer “Gardens & Graveyards” and “Team Vanquish,” as well as 8v8 Gnome Bomb. More of a co-op fan? Do not fear as you can blast away in four-player co-operative mode “Garden Ops ”.
For the princely sum of £34.99 you can even grab the Digital Deluxe Edition, including an exclusive custom accessories Pack and 80,000 in-game coins to spend on accessories (probably hats, everyone loves hats right?) and booster packs (packs that may contain hats).
We loved our time with the game and can genuinely say it’s worth checking out.
