In a surprising announcement in more ways than one, you can now play Red Dead Redemption on your Switch and PS4.

Of course, this also means you can play RDR through backwards compatibility on PS5.

The entire John Marston adventure is playable, including the Undead Nightmare Expansion which spins off the main Western story with a zombie esque focus.

Available for $49.99 on both platforms, it’s currently only available digital, with a physical edition coming October 13.

The versions are playable at 30 FPS on both in up to 1080p, with full 4K on PS5, and feature all previously released content in addition to Undead Nightmare, such as the different weapon types and outfits.

New languages are supported, with full trophy support on PlayStation and in-game achievements on Switch. Red Dead Redemption is already available on Xbox and playable via Xbox Series S|X.

Red Dead Redemption is now available on PS4 and Switch.
