A remake of Star Ocean 2 releases today and a new demo is now available to try.
Available on PC, PlayStation and Switch, Star Ocean 2 is a 2.5D remake of the 1998 original, which blends classic RPG style with a more modern day approach.
And a playable demo is downloadable now, allowing you to try out the opening hours of the game, then carrying your save file across over to the main game. Cross-save is also applicable for PS4 and PS5 owners.
If you pre-order the game, you will get some additional digital content, including

And those who purchase the game early – up to November 16 – will also get the following items
