The post launch support for Street Fighter V appears to be coming to an end with an upcoming Season V.

In a blog post, Capcom Unity stated that due to the success of Season 4 and the Champion Edition, they will ‘do a final Season V’.

Excitingly, this will add five new fighters to the roster, with an additional three stages being planned.

Fans are already clamouring as to who they want to see in there, with names like Haggar, Effie, Rose, and Remy being thrown around.

More details are expected this summer but it’s fair to say that Capcom have given this game a wealth of support over the past several years.

This final season should be fantastic. More news as we get it.
