With WWE 2K25 launching this month, the DLC teases have really begun to crop up.
Coming directly from the WWE 2K Social Accounts, we’ve had several posts which show a collage of areas and environments that potentially hint at some of the characters that will be added to the game.
It started with a Cherry Blossom Emoji Tweet on March 1 which showed off a mix of images, from a Cherry Blossom forest, to a city with skyscrapers. Throughout each scene is a little clue, with some a little more obvious than others.
The Cherry Blossom, for instance, may be hinting at Guilia, current NXT Women’s Champion joining the game, but on the Skyscraper image, it looks as if we can see an outline of NXT North American Champion, Steph Vaquer.
A message with a Traffic signal was also spotted with some images more blatant in there, like the ECW logo and bandana, potentially hinting at New Jack, but also more subtle images, like a big J in the middle of a ring hinting at Jordynne Grace and even a fan in the crowd doing the hand signal of new superstar, Penta.
And just a few hours ago, it looks like we got a tease for something of a legends pack, with clues perhaps pointing towards Jesse Ventura – who’s been a recent feature on Saturday Night’s Main Event – and Sycho Sid.
As long as we get whatever new attire John Cena’s cooking up for Wrestlemania, I think we’ll be all good with whatever they throw in here! Regardless, we expect to hear the full DLC list very soon!
WWE 2K25 launches from March 7th in Advanced Access on PC, PS and Xbox.
