Destiny 2 Forsaken will bundle with Season Pass from October 16

Destiny 2 Forsaken has really shaken the game up and evolved it in the right ways and now the incentives are just a little sweeter.

From this coming Tuesday, anyone who buys Destiny 2 Forsaken will get the two pieces of DLC – Warmind and Curse of Osiris bundled in free of charge.

This makes sense as both are needed in order to play Forsaken anyway, plus Bungie have recently announced the Annual Pass which offers a wealth of new content.

If you already own both, however, and log in before Tuesday, you’ll get some new cosmetic items, including an exclusive shader and emblem, two exotic emotes, and a small consumable bundle for bonus rewards.

This is a bit of a slap in the face to those who bought Forsaken just a few weeks ago though and were forced to buy the DLC in order to play the game. True, they were on offer back then and have now shot back up to their RRP, but it doesn’t make the notion any better.

Fortunately, Forsaken is a very worthwhile expansion for Destiny 2 and one you should certainly consider getting. Our long awaited review will drop early next week just in time for this new bundle so stay tuned!
