For Honor Closed Beta offers 9 of 12 playable characters

Ubisoft announced that For Honor will be getting a Closed Beta, but we didn’t know exactly what that would contain until now.

From next week – January 26th – 29th – players will get to check out a slew of multiplayer content over a four day period, which includes new maps, characters, and playable heroes. There will be nine of the 12 heroes available to players across the three factions, and each hero has a unique play style, set of amor, weapons and skills.

There’s also an interactive website which lets you explore the game in greater detail by looking into the history of each faction through videos and snippets. You’ll even get rewarded a Closed Beta key in return. Pretty cool!

For Honor will let you play as either a knight, viking, or samurai in a series of 4v4, 2v2, or 1v1 duels. The environment can be used to your advantage in battle, and there will even be cross-platform, faction warfare events.

For Honor will release on February 14th on PC, Xbox One, and Playstation 4.
