Image&Form Games have confirmed that the Ultimate Edition of Steamworld Heist will release on Nintendo Switch December 28.
The Ultimate Edition will add touch controls, as well as all of the previously released DLC from other platforms.
Steamworld Heist follows the phenomenonaly successful Steamworld Dig 2 – which we loved, by the way – and has turn-based combat with a robot pirate called Piper as she infiltrates ships across the galaxy.
It’s a magnificent game which we cannot wait to play on Switch and we’ll almost certainly be first in line to grab it when it appears on the eShop.
