The first new Vault Hunter DLC for Borderlands 4 has been confirmed during Tokyo Game Show.

Dropping in Q1 2026, Borderlands 4 first paid DLC, entitled ‘Mad Ellie and the Vault of the Damned’ will feature a full story campaign, alongside the first Vault Hunter.

The Vault Hunter, known as C4SH, is known as a ‘drifter who chases the probability-breaking highs of cursed eldritch artifacts.’

The content sees you meet Mad Ellie and ‘the Vault of the Damned’ which is full of cosmic horrors that harbor uncanny curios.

The playstyle of C4SH features a lot of ‘buffing’ allies as well as ‘sapping’ strength from foes. More info on C4SH and the Mad Ellie and the Vault of the Damned DLC will follow.
