Children of Morta has been one of my favourite games this year, so it’s exciting to see more content coming in 2020.

Dead Mage have a huge content roadmap laid out which takes us through the year, with the majority of it coming for free. A paid expansion, the Uncharted Lands, is also expected down the road.

The new content begins with Shrine of Challenge, which includes some new difficulty settings and an item pack.

Following on from that will be a New Game Plus mode which is sure to be exciting for fans, along with an all new playable character.

Dead Mage is also hard at work on Online Co-op, and will eventually accompany that with an Endless Mode.

Concluding the free content will be an items pack which will naturally lead us onto Uncharted Lands which is a brand new chapter.

If you haven’t played Children of Morta yet, then do. It’s now available everywhere and is one of the best indie releases of 2019.
