The first premium DLC for Dead Island 2 is dropping next month.

Haus is the first of two expansions, launching on November 2 with the second expected in 2024.

An introduction to the DLC has been released as part of a trailer, giving you a look at the setting and setup before you dive into the story proper.

Haus lets players check out a ‘billionaire’s secret techno-death cult’ and gives them the option to use three new weapons and eight extra skill cards in an all new storyline.

Going up against the leader of the cult, Konstantin, players will have to prove their vision for the future is definitely not one anyone wants to see inflicted on the world.

In game, players will visit Malibu in California and the new weapons added include a Hog Roaster which lets you BBQ zombies while butchering them, a K-ROSSBOW which is a lethal, long range bow with explosive properties.

There’s also the creatively titled Dead Islands which let you ‘smash undead enemies in oblivion’. Guess we’ll find out more soon enough.
