The long-running mobile gem Mario Kart Tour will see support stop from next month.
Confirmed today by Nintendo and DeNA, the upcoming ‘Battle Tour’ on October 4th will be the last to feature new content.
Going forward, all upcoming seasons will include content players have previously experienced before.
As revealed by a message in game, Nintendo and DeNA have said “No new courses, drivers, karts, or gliders will be added following the Battle Tour starting 04/10/2023. We hope you continue to enjoy playing Mario Kart Tour.”
The timing is interesting with one final DLC to release for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and the Booster Course Pack. Previous Booster Course Pack releases have launched alongside the new content in Mario Kart Tour. We could be seeing that launch shortly.
