The first premium expansion for Amazon’s premium MMORPG is now available.

Rise of the Angry Earth increases the level cap to 65, but also introduces mounts into the game, transforms an existing zone and even adds a new weapon and progression system.

Rise of the Angry Earth takes you to ‘the southeastern tip of Aeternum.’ – The fields of battle have been ‘ravaged by the fury of Artemis and the Angry Earth’.

What’s more, the ‘abundance of earthly powers has awakened the mighty Beast Lords’ but this has also opened up the possibility and secrets of ‘taming and riding animals’.

This major expansion celebrates the two year anniversary of Rise of the Angry Earth, with you being able to ride horses, dire wolves and lions, but you can also use a Flail with its uniquely powerful offense.

There’s also a new Expedition to complete – The Savage Divide – and a new Heartrune ability – Primal Fury, which allows you to bring forth the inner beast.

If you already own New World, you can dive into Rise of the Angry Earth for $29.99. Otherwise new players can get the New World: Elysian Edition for $69.99 which includes the base game and new expansion.
