Onimusha Warlords re-releasing for current gen formats

Former PS2 exclusive, Onimusha Warlords is coming back for all current generation systems on January 15 2019.

This exciting re-release sees Onimusha make its first appearance since 2006 and opens up all kinds of wild speculation for the future of the franchise.

The original Onimusha: Warlords will appear on Nintendo Switch, PS4, PC, and Xbox One, featuring high-definition graphics with widescreen support.

What’s more, Capcom are adding in a new control scheme which best suits analog play, as well as a new soundtrack for the game.

Perhaps most interestingly of all, though is an accessible ‘easy mode’ option in addition to the rock-solid challenge of the original.

It’s great to see Onimusha make a come back and it will appear digitally on all formats for $19.99 with a physical release to follow for PS4 and Xbox One.
