It’s launch day for the PSVR 2 and Capcom are in the mood to celebrate.

Resident Evil Village VR is now available as a free content update for the game, making the entire game fully playable on PlayStation VR 2. A free demo is also available if you don’t already own the game.

PSVR 2 owners will get 4K HDR display with 3D Audio Effects. The PlayStation VR2 Sense functionality also adds to the experience through the controllers with intuitive inputs that mirror natural motions to mirror on-screen movement.

A VR Tutorial and Shooting Range has also been included in the VR Mode so you can try out the gameplay systems ahead of diving into the game’s content.

And in even more exciting news for PSVR 2 owners, work has begun on Resident Evil 4’s VR mode. Resident Evil 4 will launch on March 24, 2023.
