A brand new demo for Scott Pilgrim EX is now live on Steam ahead of the game’s release next week.

The awesome Tribute Games who previously released MARVEL Cosmic Invasion and Shredder’s Revenge are bringing a brand new Scott Pilgrim game in a similar vein next week and it looks stupendous.

Not a remake of the classic 2010 original, this is an all-new adventure co-written by Bryan Lee O’Malley and the team at Tribute Games. The new game will also feature all-new music from Anamanaguchi.

The demo is only available for a limited time, though, between February 23 and March 2, so you best hurry to grab it and check it out ahead of the full release on March 3. The demo will feature the first two quests in the game and can be played either solo or in co-op.

Scott Pilgrim EX will feature classic characters from the series such as Ramona Flowers, Roxy Richter, Lucas Lee and Scott himself, of course. Each character will have a distinct moveset and make the game itself feel quite different.

Scott Pilgrim EX will release on PC, PS4/5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch and Switch 2 on March 3.
