For the first time ever, PS4 and Xbox One owners are on content parity with PC owners on Terraria.

The latest free update – 1.3.5 – ensures this, adding a wealth of new updates, like additional furniture and armor.

It now means more players have access to the same content and resources and no one is being left behind.

To celebrate, 505, Re-Logic and Pipeworks Studios have put together a short tutorial video which helps you prepare for your first two nights in Terraria.

The video is something of a survival guide and is filled with useful tips and things to do if you’re new to the game.

No word on when Switch, and mobile owners will be on a similar content parity with other versions of the game.
