The Bard’s Tale Trilogy is now complete as Thief of Fate is now available to download along with the anticipated Legacy Mode.

The remaster of the Final Volume of The Bard’s Tale Trilogy is available as you deal with the return of the Mad God.

Skara Brae has been destroyed, so it’s up to you to restore order and return reality back to normality as you travel across seven realms.

Additionally, a new Legacy Mode has been added which lets you play The Bard’s Tale as it was originally intended with the automap disabled, individual inventories, saves at guilds only and no items in empty houses.

inXile have also added a lot of Quality of Life updates and polish to the game, such as save games showing more information, the ability to choose portraits for characters during creation, size reduction of the minimap and more.

The Bard’s Tale Trilogy follows the release of The Bard’s Tale 4 which will also receive a massive update later this year.
