The Crew Motorfest begins Season 5 and the start of Year 2

The Crew Motorfest is kicking off Year 2 of content and updates for Season 5.

Beginning today across all platforms, an all new island of Maui has been added into the game with over nine new areas and biomes. This clocks up at around 470km of new road.

New Playlists have also been added into the game

  • Made in Japan Volume 2 – a street racing centered experience with playlists for Rival Races and face-offs.
  • Chase Squad Playlist – High-stakes hunt to track down street racing rivals.

The Chase Squad experience has an exclusive playlist within the Year 2 Pass, which unlocks 20 new vehicles – 7 of which are exclusive Chase Squad vehicles.

13 new cars will also be added via Monthly Drops, with 2 at launch. And Season 5 is adding some improvements for players with ‘functional rearview mirrors’ and ‘enhancing situational awareness’. Prestige Tickets are also being added as a new currency to unlock previously missed rewards. PS5 Pro support has also been added.

Season 5 begins in The Crew Motorfest from today.
