A huge update for The Last of Us Part II Remastered is dropping unexpectedly next month.

Specifically for the No Return Mode, in time for release of Season 2 of the show and for Remastered on PC, the update drops on April 3.

Coming to both PS5 and PC, a free update for No Return releases, bringing the game to v.2.0 and adds both Bill and Marlene as playable characters.

Bill will add the ‘smuggler’ playstyle, along with a new custom pump shotgun and double rewards from drops. Meanwhile, Marlene is a ‘risk taker’ and has a custom assault rifle.

Four new maps are also being added to No Return, adding ‘Overlook’, ‘School’, ‘Streets’ and ‘Nest’. On top of that, new trophies have been added to theg ame alongside other fixes.

You’ll even be able to unlock Jordan’s jacket from Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, the newly announced game from Naughty Dog on PS5.

The update launches on April 3 when The Last of Us Part II Remastered launhces on PC. Meanwhile, Season 2 of The Last of Us on HBO on April 13.
