In one of the most unexpected crossovers of the year, The Sims 4 is going full on Star Wars.

Announced during Gamescom week, Journey To Batuu is a new expansion which introduces new factions, story, furniture and a bunch more.

Releasing September 8, EA and Maxis have now released a longer trailer than the one shown at Gamescom, which gives you a better idea of what to expect.

Players will be able to sign up to the Resistance, First Order, or the Scoundrels, and take on special missions with unique rewards.

Familiar Star Wars faces will also show up the further you progress, such as Rey and Kylo Ren. You can even customise a Lightsaber!

Journey to Batuu releases on PC, PS4, and XO for The Sims 4 on September 8th.
