theHunter: Call of the Wild gets three DLC packs on December 3

Three new DLCs are coming to theHunter: Call of the Wild on December 3rd.

The Salzwiesen Park, German Shorthaired Pointer, and Hunters’ Choice: Bolt-Action Rifle Packs will all release individually across all formats or as part of the Winter Hunting Bundle for $15.99. This will only be available until January 31, 2025, however.

Additionally, a free update will be added to the game on December 3, which adds Hunter Challenges and two new ‘Great Ones’.

In the Salzwiesen Park DLC, you can ‘explore a compact salt marsh’ and find ‘two new birds’ as well as a Clay Shooting Range. All for $6.99.

The German Shorthaired Pointer DLC adds a third dog breed to the game, following the Bloodhound and Labrador Retriever. And if you already own those breeds, the game apparently has a ‘real treat’. With the free update on December 3rd, players can customise their dogs, enhancing their skills of two, combining those abilities together for unique effects. The DLC is available for $5.99.

Finally, the Hunters’ Choice: Bolt-Action Rifle Pack has been made in collaboration with the game’s community, including bolt rifles chosen by fans – the Vallgarda .375, Johansson .450, and Fors Elite .300. This content will be available for $4.99.

Meanwhile, the free update will feature daily and weekly challenges where you can earn in-game currency, and these include photo challenges.
