A surprise remaster for the first three Tomb Raider games is coming as a bundle on Valentine’s Day.

Announced during yesterday’s Nintendo Direct, the compilation is being designed by Aspyr, who’ve handled remasters of many ports of classic games and will feature enhanced graphics and all released DLC content for each release.

The content includes Unfinished Business from Tomb Raider 1, The Gold Mask from Tomb Raider 2 and The Lost Artifact from Tomb Raider 3, each of which fill out the further stories of all adventures.

In each game, you’ll be able to seamlessly transition between the classic polygon style and the newly remastered imagery. Presumably the music and sound effects have been updated as well.

However, the rest of the games seem untouched with the same classic levels and design.

Tomb Raider I-III Remastered launches across all formats on February 14, 2024.
