WWE 2K25 has been revealed and is right around the corner on the road to Wrestlemania.
The annual event from 2K is the biggest yet, however, with a massive new Bloodline Centric Showcase Mode, Intergender Matches, Online Multiplayer in MyGM and perhaps the biggest of all – The Island!
It’s a huge, exciting game to celebrate a massive year for the company going onto Netflix and as with all WWE 2K titles, seems very set up for the rest of the year with a whopping 5 DLC packs to come as part of the Season Pass.
The contents of which are unclear now, but one would imagine they’ll feature the likes of rising superstar Penta, new arrivals like Ricky Saints and Jordynne Grace and you have to imagine some kind of TNA crossover DLC considering the new relationship between the companies.
What we know for sure is if you pre-order any version of the game, you’ll get the Wyatt Sicks Pack which features the entire homage roster to the late Bray Wyatt. They are Bo Dallas as Uncle Howdy, Nicki Cross, Dexter Lumis, Joe Gacy and Erick Rowan.
As with other WWE 2K games, you also have other versions with much more content to offer. The Deadman Edition comes with playable Brother Love as a Manager, Undertaker 1990 and Undertaker Elite from Mattel. You’ll also get a Usable Urn, two MyFACTION Persona cards for Undertaker and an ‘The Island’ Cosmetic being the Undertaker 1995 Mask.
Finally, the Bloodline Edition will add playable Jey Uso and Roman Reigns ‘Elite’ characters alongside The Rock from the Nation of Domination.
You’ll get even more ‘The Island’ Cosmetics such as a Family Above All Hoodie, OTC Shirt, Yeet Tank Top and Yeet Sunglasses. Also MyFACTION Persona Cards, Mattel Elite Collection Greatest Hits Roman Reigns and Mattel Elite Series 114 Jey Uso.
A Wrestlemania 41 pack is also thrown into the Bloodline Edition of the game and will feature the full Wrestlemania 41 Arena with additional MyFACTION Persona Cards – New playable Superstar (TBA), WrestleMania Main Event #1 (TBA) and WrestleMania Main Event #2 (TBA)
WWE 2K25 has a roster of around 300 superstars, is offering all new exciting modes and has content coming for days. It seems like a must-own and you won’t have long to wait with WWE 2k25 dropping from March 7 if you pick up the Deadman or Bloodline Editions.
The full release of the game is from March 14th on PC, PS and Xbox.
