The reported New Game + Mode for Dishonored 2 will finally land on December 19th.
This free update will hit PC, Xbox One, and Playstation 4 at the same time, with beta players able to get access on Steam right now. We’re currently downloading it right now and you can do the same by right-clicking Dishonored 2 in your Steam Library, going to properties, clicking the Betas tab, then on the drop down menu selecting betapatch – Public.
1.4 will allow players to restart the game over as either Emily Kaldwin or Corvo Attano, giving the player full access to the full slate of abilities in addition to the Bonecharm Traits and Runes which they can also reassign. You can even combine abilities so players can use Corvo’s abilities as Emily and vice versa.
Next months’ second free update will also allow users to customise the experience with a Mission Select Option, as well as additional Custom Difficulty Settings.
For now, though, New Game + has just given you a pretty fantastic reason to replay this fantastic game all over again.
