Bethesda have confirmed that the newly announced port of DOOM for Switch will have all the DLC but not Snap Map.
It’s worth noting that all 3 DOOM paid DLC packs were made free for everyone back in July, and they include Unto the Evil, Hell Followed, and Bloodfall.
The Switch version will also include all recent updates, including the addition of bots and Infernal Run. The Switch version won’t, however, include the Snap Map level editor.
As confirmed by Engadget the physical release of the game will be minus multiplayer out of the box. This will need to be downloaded seperately from the eShop. Don’t worry though, as it’s a completely free update.
DOOM was announced for Switch during last night’s Nintendo Direct, along with a surprising port of Wolfenstein II for 2018. DOOM is scheduled to release on Switch during Winter 2017, likely following the port of Skyrim on November 17th.
More news as we get it.
