Monster Hunter Rise will have two DLC packs with the first including Chameleos

During a recent livestream for Monster Hunter Rise, it was confirmed there will be two major expansions for the game post launch.

The game’s director, Yasunori Ichinose said that the game’s story won’t wrap up until the end of the second DLC.

The first piece of content is due to arrive in April and will remove the Hunter Rank cap. There is no date for the second expansion as yet.

The first DLC is also expected to feature the iconic Chameleos for players to fight against.

Monster Hunter Rise will release exclusively on Nintendo Switch on March 26th, with Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin also releasing in July.
