Overcooked! All You Can Eat has been confirmed as a next-gen title from Team 17 and Ghost Town Games.

This brand new special edition contains both Overcooked 1 and 2, with the original game now remastered using the O2 engine.

Both games will be fully remastered and in full 4K with all the available DLC for the game and crossplay multiplayer.

This also means that the original Overcooked can be played online.

All You Can Eat includes over 120 chefs, 200 kitchens, assist mode, brand new content – which includes seven new levels and three new chefs, and accessibility options.

The assist mode also lets you slow timeouts on recipes, skip levels, and increase round duration, while new accessibility options include dyslexic friendly text, a scalable UI and colour blindness options.

With faster loading times and new trophies/achievements, this seems like a perfect game for PS5 and XSX owners. There’s no release date as yet, but Overcooked! All You Can Eat is expected in 2020.
