Platinum Games have responded to fans concerned they can’t redeem their pre-order incentives in Anarchy Reigns.
Anarchy Reigns launched in the US this week, and some players have tried to redeem DLC codes received with their pre-ordered copy of the game, only to find that they do not work.
The DLC codes unlock Bayonetta as a playable character, as well as two bonus gameplay modes. These codes will ship with the Anarchy Reigns Day One Edition in Europe, this Friday.
Word has got to Platinum, and they’ve responded via their Twitter feed: ‘We are aware of the issue and are investigating, but you have to contact @SEGA or the digital download service for support.’
At this point, the issue only seems to be affecting PS3 owners. Currently, there are no known issues for Xbox 360 owners.
