Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is getting its first premium DLC in September.

Announced during Ubisoft Forward, we didn’t get a whole lot of details about the content to come other than a logo, a release window and a look at the, well um, mask.

The game has been something of a cult hit for Ubisoft and a revival of a dormant franchise, though the publisher has continued to update the game since its launch in January.

This was also further complimented by the third free content update – Divine Trials – available to download now.

Combat Challenges are the first part of this update, pitting players against enemies in various trial situations. Boss battles have also been revised, and there are also puzzle challenges thrown in for good measure, as well as platform challenges

Rewards will include new outfits and amulets, unlocked for successful completion of the trials. All in, sounds like a fun update and it’s the fantastic value price of free if you own The Lost Crown.

Mask of Darkness releases sometime this September. Prince of Perisa: The Lost Crown is out now on PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Switch.
