Following the exciting reveal of Nintendo Switch 2, Snakebyte have confirmed a bunch of accessories for launch of the new console.
From June 5, 2025, you’ll be able to get your hands on a deluge of options to support your new hardware, both online and in physical stores, and all have been in development for more than a year.
Among them is ‘Gamepad RGB S2’ which is a wireless pro controller with tactile rumble, hall-effect thumbsticks, USB-C charging and RGB lighting.
You can also grab Ergo Grip S2 which lets you slot your Joy-Con 2 controllers into rubber handholds. These are also accompanied by LED indicators to show player number and charge status.
A Headset Core S2 also offers foldable design, removable microphone and clear audio with 40mm drivers. Twin Charge and Quad Charge S2 which is a dock to charge your Joy-Con 2 Controllers, whether you have 2 or 4.
On top of that is Power Charge S2 which is a USB-C AC Adaptor with USB power delivery and advanced GaN technology for reliable charging, also giving the option for global compatibility with various plug adaptors. A fast charging USB-C cable, various travel cases – between a cross-body sling case, system organiser which has various compartments for accessories, and a water repellant travel case.
Finally, a Starter Kit S2 which includes a carry case, glass screen protector, in-ear headphones, silicon grips and a cleaning cloth.
This, of course, goes alongside Nintendo’s official accessories that include Joy-Con 2, a new Nintendo Switch Pro Controller, a brand new camera, carry case, and pro grip for a wheel controller. Great for the Mario Kart sessions.
Nintendo Switch 2 and all Snakebyte periperhals will be available from June 5, 2025.
