The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero is confirmed two part DLC for Pokémon Scarlet / Violet

A new trailer was shown off for the upcoming Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet DLC arriving later this year.

The content is split into two parts, the first coming this fall and the second dropping in the winter of 2023.

DLC 1 is called The Teal Mask and DLC 2 is known as The Indigo Disk.

Over 230 Pokémon are expected to return across both pieces of content. Within the Teal Mask, you’ll visit the Kitakami region, and this will also feature some new Gen 9 Pokémon, including Okidogi and a new legendary, Orgerpon.

The story follow you and your cast of characters taking on an outdoor study program, unraveling mysteries behind the folklore of this new region.

The story then continues in The Indigo Disk, which sees you go to Blueberry Academy, mostly located under the water. This will also see returning Pokémon as well as a new Legendary, Terapagos.

We don’t have firm release dates for either DLC as yet, but they are both expected later this year. Pre-orders are now open on the Nintendo eShop.
