Jump Force released this past Friday but according to V-Jump in Japan, the first piece of DLC isn’t expected until May.

V-Jump is a Japanese Manga magazine which focuses on popular Manga in animation and video games. It often features the likes of Dragon Ball, Digimon, Dragon Quest, and Yu-Gi-Oh, so the announcement certainly gets speculation mounting.

We don’t have specific details on what the DLC will be, but according to Twitter user Ryokutya2089 the first of nine DLC packs for Jump Force will release in May.

It will be very interesting to see which DLC characters they have lined up. With Bandai Namco’s recent success of major crossovers, like Geralt of Rivia in Soul Calibur VI and Negan from Walking Dead in Tekken, who knows what they have in store.
