New DREDGE DLC Update adds boat customisation

A new free update for DREDGE has dropped today from Black Salt Games, adding more replayability to the murky fisher.

Included within this update is a brand new boat customisation feature which lets you customise your craft using a variety of paints.

Players must find ‘The Painter’ in the starting area, and from there will be able to choose everything from the flag on your ship, to giving it a whole new ‘lick of paint’.

What’s more, there are quests to scour the seas in order to find other items to improve the aesthetics of your boat. What’s more, there are 13 new ‘craberrations’ to be found, all with a suitably creepy theme.

This latest update really goes hand-in-hand with the previously added photo mode. A cosy mode has also been added to the game.

According to the roadmap posted earlier this year, a further premium expansion for DREDGE is set to drop in Q4.

DREDGE is out now across all formats and we absolutely loved our time with it.
