A new Open Beta for Steep Road to the Olympics starts today and ends on December 4.
The Open Beta will be available for Playstation 4, Xbox One, Uplay and Steam users and also benefit from the upgrades of Playstation 4 Pro and Xbox One X.
There will be five challenges from the Road to the Olympics expansion as well as a free roam in a portion of the Japanese map. There will be two events to compete in on the South Korea map, including Downhill and Big Air. There are also two snowboard and one wingsuit challenge.
What’s more, the player who finishes on top of the downhill leaderboard at the end of the Open Beta will have a chance to win a ticket for the Olympic Winter Games PyeongChang 2018 in South Korea. Exciting!
The official expansion Road to the Olympics will release on December 5th for £26.99. You can also purchase it as part of the Steep Winter Games Edition which includes the base game for £39.99. Or if you want the ultimate experience, the Steep Winter Games Gold Edition also adds the Season Pass, giving you the three previous add on packs, for £59.99.
Steep is still supposed to launch for Nintendo Switch at some stage but there is no official word as yet.
