Long rumoured, now confirmed, Cyberpunk 2077 will have a multiplayer component following the game’s release.
Revealed by a recruitment post from CD Projekt RED themselves, they said ‘we’d like to confirm that multiplayer’s in the works!’

They were quick to add, however, that ‘The plan for now is to deliver Cyberpunk 2077 in April, then follow up with DLCs (free!) and single player content’
Following on, they said ‘Once we’re done – invite you for some multiplayer action’
Based on what we’ve seen of Cyberpunk, we’ve a few ideas on how multiplayer could work in the world and it’s sure to be interesting.
As acknowledged above, CD Projekt RED have once again reaffirmed committment for post launch DLC and additional single player content.
Cyberpunk 2077 releases April 16 2020 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
