Available as of today, Disney has released, rather generously, five new toy boxes for it’s Skylanders clone, Disney Infinity as free DLC. The five new toy boxes are, as follows, with more free DLC toy boxes planned for future releases.
- Tron Highway – Race a Light Runner, battle enemies, navigate mazes and find hidden paths to get to the end of the broken highway.
- Sugar Mania – Take King Candy’s Royal Racer for a sweet spin on a Sugar Rush-inspired racetrack.
- Monster Rally – Pull off a series of tricks in a side-scrolling stunt show spectacular.
- Cosmic Platformer – Compete with friends on an obstacle course that’s out of this world.
- It’s a Trap! – Pay close attention to get through these puzzling rooms. Beware of traps and double jumping.
Why not check out game play footage for the Tron Race Track. It no doubt looks the sleekest Disney world on offer, in my opinion.
The free DLC Toy Boxes are available free as top download on Xbox, PS3, Ipad and yes, even the WiiU! If that wasn’t enough for all you avid Disney fans, or these free Toy Boxes don’t quite meet your expectations, you can also meet the challenge thrown out by Disney to craft your own toy boxes by October 3rd, based around the theme to craft the best and most extreme Toy Box you can.
