Atlas Fallen has received an enormous new free update that overhauls the game in its entirety.

Reign of Sand adds a ton of new content, making for the ‘Ultimate Edition’ of Atlas Fallen.

Among other things, new enemies have been added into the game, along with a New Game + and New Difficult Mode that offers the Ultimate Challenge.

You’ll also be able to explore a new area – Source – which offers all new challenges and abilities – along with new essence stones, open world challenges and more voice acting, such as Ben Starr joining as a new playable characer and a reworked introduction.

Lots of other new additions are thrown in as well, such as new armors, customisation options, UI, VFX, sounded and more.

The Reign of Sand update is a committment from the devs to continue improving the experience and listening to feedback from fans.

We felt that Atlas Fallen had some clever ideas and that it comes close to making a breakthrough on a few of them, but it wasn’t able to achieve its full potential.
