The upcoming Dead Cells DLC will be the game’s biggest yet and it sounds pretty incredible.
In an interview with Game Informer, Benjamin Laulan, the co-founder of Evil Empire, talked openly about the new content.
Laulan said the content will be ‘twice as big’ as previous Dead Cells expansions and it will include a ‘new storyline’ with the likes of ‘Richter Belmont, Alucard, Dracula, Maria Renard and many more’.
There will be 14 new weapons, which include Alucard’s Sword, shield and ‘the old classic cross’ as well as ‘three new bosses’ and ‘new biomes based on the classic Castlevania levels’
Most excitingly, Konami have granted permission to ‘use all the old soundtracks from the old Castlevania games’.
