Starpoint Gemini 2 v0.6009 overhauls the asteroid system and includes a series of major fixes such as exploits and appropriate displays.
The dev team have also given an insight into their next update and will address the slow shield recharge when out of combat.

Not all derelict models have been created so far, so don’t be surprised if a Taurus gunship, leaves in its wake an Adept cruiser ;). You can then loot the derelict.
