Apex Legends has finally got its current-gen native upgrades from today.

As part of the ‘Warriors Collection Event’ through to April 12, the 9v9 Control Mode also makes a return alongside an additional Arenas Map, new event-limited cosmetics and more.

Some of the next-gen upgrades include 4K support, 60hz gameplay, HDR, and greater LOD distances.

Future updates will also include 120hz gameplay for both consoles, Adaptive Trigger and Haptic Support on PS5, as well as further visual and audio improvements.

Caustic Treatment has been updated into a three-point battleground, as well as a unique rewards track.

The new Apex Legends update is available from today across all formats.
